Hey Garry, I got your letter the other day and realized that I never wrote to tell you how happy my wife Elizabeth and I have been since purchasing the second home on the Cle Elum River a little over a year and a half ago. It has been a source of endless fun and relaxation all year long just as we had hoped that such a place would be. We all dearly love the "cabin" and thank you for finding it for us. As you will recall, the process of deciding whether or not to spend the money on this place was a stressful, anxious time for Elizabeth and I. Through it all though you were the perfect counselor, knowing just when to speak up and how to assist us. I really appreciated your skill, knowledge and patience. Today we feel blessed to own this wonderful recreation property and long term investment. We were all there over the President's holiday weekend. I have to tell you, I'm a difficult customer!  I'm super picky and love to analyze every little detail.  Garry was patient and knew the answers to all my questions.  Garry has a great understanding of the area and could tell me details about every property I found on the internet.  We had one failed attempt at purchasing a piece of land-dry well!   Garry got right back to searching for us and found us the perfect property.  This time we raised the amount we could afford and got a great cabin and land.  I've already recommended Garry to our friends.  Garry and Susan have turned out be more than just our Real Estate agents but our friends on the mountain!
